The land meaures 600SQM which is the standard plot size within an estate.
The land is Registered Survey, and the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) is in process
Minimum deposit of the Estates vary from ₦300,000 to ₦500,000 as initial payments (as stated on each Estate’s page), you are expected to make subsequent payment as and when due (Monthly). If the payment is beyond 3 months, it attracts a 5% interest every other 3 Months.
The prices of our estates is all inclusive, which means there is no additional fee attached besides the cost of the land.
Payment receipt for the payment made and Contract of Sale.
Subsequent payment receipt will be issued for every payment made.
